In the United States, there’s an immense salvage yard that’s so large it could easily rank as one of the biggest – if not the biggest – junkyards in the country.
A YouTuber recently stumbled upon this 22-acre site, which is filled with around 100 classic cars. The YouTuber came across it thanks to an advertisement on Facebook Marketplace.
It turns out that the owner of the salvage yard is looking to sell approximately 100 cars from his collection.
This impressive salvage yard was discovered by a YouTuber known as Real Steel Fabrications. Most of the vehicles are tucked away in the woods, with some nearly consumed by the surrounding nature.
The cars have rusted extensively, and a few look as if they’re barely holding on, while others seem ready for a sign reading, “the Grim Reaper of cars has already been here.
The yard hosts an array of vehicles from a variety of automakers, spanning at least six decades, with cars from the 1930s through the end of the 1990s.
In the mix, we noticed Toyotas, Fords, and even a Scout. Chevy Camaros are also abundant. It’s heartbreaking to see these iconic cars in such a state.
