EKI Energy Services Ltd. (EKIESL), a global leader in carbon credit development and sustainability services, has announced a new strategic partnership with U.S.-based FBO Resource Group, Inc., also known as Aviation Resource Group International (ARGI). This agreement is set to bolster EKI’s presence across North America, primarily targeting the aviation sector.

The partnership designates ARGI as an authorized representative for EKI in the U.S., enabling ARGI to facilitate transactions and promote EKI’s suite of sustainability services, including carbon credit trading, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, carbon offsetting, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting. With a strong foothold in the aviation industry, ARGI will focus on helping EKI expand its impact within North America, particularly in decarbonization efforts.

    Statements from Leadership

Manish Dabkara, Chairman and Managing Director of EKI Energy Services, emphasized the importance of the agreement: “This partnership marks a significant strategic shift, enabling us to expand sustainability services and carbon credit trading into new territories. It’s about more than transactions; it’s about shaping the future of sustainable energy and creating long-lasting impacts.”

Naveen Sharma, EKI’s Whole-Time Director, shared similar sentiments, stating that the collaboration with ARGI would enhance EKI’s global footprint, “With ARGI’s industry knowledge, we’re well-positioned to meet the rising demand for sustainable solutions in North America.”

Bhuwan Shukla, Senior General Manager for North America & LATAM, highlighted the significance of the collaboration for aviation’s decarbonization goals, specifically supporting the industry’s 2050 net-zero targets. “ARGI’s expertise and our carbon offset solutions will help propel the aviation sector towards a sustainable future,” he noted.

    ARGI’s Perspective

Michael Dennis, Managing Partner at ARGI, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “EKI’s leadership in global carbon markets aligns perfectly with our mission to advance aviation success through sustainability. We’re excited to drive the industry towards a more sustainable future.”

    Agreement Details

The initial term of the agreement is set for two years and includes exclusivity provisions to ensure a focused partnership. ARGI will introduce EKI to potential clients in the U.S., facilitating contracts for carbon credits and sustainability solutions.

With this partnership, EKI reaffirms its commitment to global sustainability initiatives and continues to support organizations in their journey toward carbon neutrality.
