Public Policy & Regulation attorneys Alexander Holtan and Susan Lafferty participated in a webinar exploring domestic and international environmental credit systems. The discussion, moderated by Mr. Holtan and including Ms. Lafferty among the panelists, examined legal and policy issues implicated by updates in this area, such analysis of voluntary carbon credit (VCC) programs, credit integrity checks and other types of renewable energy credits.
