    China reopened its voluntary carbon credit market after eight years, causing price swings in CCER credits. The program now focuses on green projects like afforestation and wind power to support carbon neutrality. By 2025, it will expand to high-emission industries, strengthening China’s ETS against the EU’s CBAM. However, price volatility and economic challenges remain.
