In exchange filing on Wednesday, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the bank for the year ending on March 31, 2025.
“…we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to, inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the year ending on March 31, 2025,” the exchange filing read.
The bank, in the exchange filing, further informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the bank by its designated persons and their dependent(s) has already been closed from April 1, 2025 and shall open 48 hours after the announcement/declarations of the Financial Results.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank had released the earnings for the last quarter after around 7 PM on January 23 and hence it is expected that the bank might announce the Q4 Results 2025 at around the same time on April 30.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd had reported a 63.8 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at Rs 108.6 crore for the third quarter that ended December 31, 2024, compared to Rs 300 crore in the same period last year.
The bank’s Net interest income (NII) in Q3 FY25 increased by 3.2 per cent to stand at Rs 886.7 crore against Rs 859.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24.
Gross non-performing assets (GNPA) stood at 2.68 per cent in the December quarter against 2.52 per cent in the September quarter. The bank’s net NPA came in flat at 0.56 per cent.
Shares Ujjivan Small Finance Bank on Friday ended at Rs 34.40, 0.52 per cent lower than the previous close of Rs 34.58, on the BSE. The stock opened at Rs 34.69, hitting an intra-day high of Rs 35.13 and a low of Rs 33.83, respectively.
