Harley Davidson has revealed a series of performance upgrades for its motorcycles, and the most exciting offerings are the two engine enhancements. The Stage IV kit, which increases engine displacement from 117ci to 131ci, delivers a significant power boost to 131 horsepower and 139 ft-lb of torque. The kit includes modifications to the cylinder heads, throttle body, intake manifold, and fuel injectors.
For those seeking a more drastic change, Harley offers the Screamin’ Eagle 135ci Stage IV crate engine, a unit developed using lessons from the Mission King of the Baggers races. The Screamin’ Eagle 135ci Stage IV crate engine, on the other hand, is a complete replacement for the original powerplant. It is designed to bolt directly into the chassis, and Harley offers it in four different finish options.
