Toyota celebrates the 25th anniversary of its Highlander SUV with a special edition. The all-new 2025 model, featuring subtle updates, retains its iconic rugged silhouette that first fascinates audiences at the New York Auto Show. The Limited 25th Edition, a standout offering, showcases 20 inch alloy wheels, a distinctive interior and exterior, and the standard hybrid powertrain.
Introduced in 2001 as Toyota’s inaugural mid size SUV, the Highlander quickly gained popularity. Sharing its platform with the Camry, the model achieved remarkable success, reaching the one million unit milestone within seven years. In the US alone, nearly 3.6 million customers have chosen the Highlander since its debut.
The Limited 25th Edition is more than just a cosmetic upgrade. It offers a unique blend of style and performance. The 20-inch alloy wheels not only enhance its visual appeal but also contribute to a more confident driving experience. The distinctive interior, featuring premium materials and thoughtful design elements, creates a luxurious and comfortable cabin.
Under the hood, the Highlander 25th Edition is powered by the same reliable hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) system that has made the model a favorite among consumers. This system offers a balance of power and fuel efficiency, making it ideal for both city driving and highway commutes.
In addition to the special edition, the 2025 Highlander also receives minor updates to keep it competitive in the mid-size SUV segment. While the design remains largely unchanged, there are subtle refinements to the exterior and interior that enhance its appeal.
The 2025 Toyota Highlander 25th Edition is a worthy celebration of a model that has stood the test of time. With its distinctive styling, premium features, and reliable hybrid powertrain, it offers a compelling option for SUV shoppers looking for a combination of style, comfort, and performance.
